Q. Will you advertise on my website?
A. We offer premium hosting and will never advertise on your website. Hosting companys that advertise on your website are often cheap, but provide very low quality service. Websites using this kind of service look very unprofessional and have very slow bandwidth connections.
Q. Can I upgrade my plan at a later date?
A. We offer the flexibility of allowing clients to upgrade plans at anytime. You can purchase additional bandwidth or disk space. This way, your account can meet the demands of your website, as it expands and or increases traffic.
You can upgrade at any time by Email:  sales@wehost4all.com and give hosting plan you want to upgrade too. It is free to upgrade and the only charge would be the price difference in the plan you upgrade to.

Q. Do you allow sites to advertise for money, on their web site?
A. Yes, we allow sites to have commercial advertisements.
Q. Do your servers have battery backups and generators?
A. Each server is protected by a uninterruptible power supply system. In the rare case of a power outage, auto-start generators will take over and supply all necessary power to the servers. This system assures your website is always up and running, regardless of power conditions.
Q. What kind of servers do you use?
A. We utilize dual xeon 2.4ghz servers with hyperthreading technology (making 4 cpus). Each server is outfitted with at least 1000-2000 MB of RAM and high performance 10,000 RPM SCSI hard drives. With 9.6ghz of processing power, your website will run at lighting fast speeds.
Q. Do you maintain website backups?
A. We maintain full account backups. This includes all files, email accounts, and data bases. In the rare event of a hard drive failure, we can instantly restore your entire account. While hard drives rarely fail, we prepare for the worst, which assures your hard work is never lost.

Q. How long does it take to setup my account?
A. Your account will be setup and active within 24hours of your purchase approval.
Q. What do I set my domains name server's to?
A. Please read your welcome e-mail if you have lost your welcome email you can email us requesting your dns.
Q. Can I use a forum message board on my web site?
A. Yes you can within CPanel go to fantastico in your cpanel.

Q. How long does it take to get my domain working?
A. It usually takes 24-48 hours for a domain to fully propagate.
Q. How do I change my dns?

Q. Can I view my site even though my domain's name servers haven't propagated yet?
A. Yes We provide a web link to view your site work until servers have propagated your domain.
Q. What do I set my domains name server's to?

Q. Do I have to register my domain with you?
A. We offer domain registration, but you do not have to register your domain with us. We can host any domain, with any registrar. We encourage you to register your domain with whom you choose.
Q. Can you host international domains?
A. We can host any domain, of any country. Thats right, we can host any and all domain names. Yes, this includes domains with any and all TLD's. If you do not know what a TLD is, an example would be the ".com" or ".net" part of a domain name. There's not a domain that we can't host!
Q. I already have a domain name, what do I do?
A. Since you already have a domain name, simply enter it during the signup process. Then, you will simply change your domain's name servers with your current registrar, which is free and fully explained within your account activation email.

Q. How do I create databases and manage them?
A. Login to your cPanel and click MySQL Databases. After your database is created you can manage it from phpmyadmin. This can be found at the very bottom of the MySQL page.

Q. Can I use my own CGI and PHP scripts?
A. While we do provide many pre-installed scripts, you can still upload any of your own scripts. You can purchase scripts from many online developers or write your own. Regardless, you can upload any scripts that you may own. However, most popular scripts are pre-installed!

A. WeHost4All.com sends you a billing secure on-line payment link 7-5 days prior to your payment due date.

A. If you wish to close your account simply email us your username, password. You must also include "I give you permission to delete my website and all of it's content."

Bandwidth Usage

Q. How much bandwidth do I receive with hosting?
A. You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of package, terminate the account and/or charge you an additional fee for the overages. over this limit $4.99 per 1,000mb (1gig). Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to the next month. You can monitor your bandwidth usage in your control panel.

Subdomains

READ THIS BEFORE SETTING UP A SUBDOMAIN!

To create a sub domain cpanel asks for the name you wish to use. MAKE SURE the subdomain name you give it doesn't have a folder already named that name. If it does the sub will not work. Example... I want to create the subdomain test.wehost4all.com so my sub name is going to be test. If I already have a folder in my ftp named test I need to delete it or rename it to something different before I create the subdomain with the test name from cpanel.
Q. What is a subdomain?
A. www.domain.com is a domain name. A subdomain is anything that replaces the www in a domain name.forum.aol.com is a subdomain. www.forum.aol.com is not a subdomain.

Addon Domains

Q. What is an addon domain?
A. An addon domain is a fully functional domain that will work out of a folder in your main sites ftp.

READ THIS BEFORE SETTING UP AN ADDON DOMAIN!

You cannot create an addon domain if your dns hasn't proprograted to the server already. So after you change the sites dns you are trying to add you will need to wait 24-48 hours before attempting to create your addon domain. There are three fields cpanel asks for when creating an addon domain. 1. "New Domain Name:" You will put in the newdomain.com do not put www in the name! 2. "Username/directory/subdomain Name:" This will be the folder cpanel creates in your main accounts ftp. MAKE SURE that the name you give it doesn't already have a folder. Example... If you want to give it the username chris. You cannot have a folder in your account named chris already. If you do and still try creating the username for the addon domain to be chris you will mess a lot of things up!!! 3. "Password:" fill in any password you want here.
Q. Help I added an addon domain why did it say subdomain added?!!?
A. It creates it as a subdomain by creating the folder within your main sites ftp. Please ignore this! It is a fully functional domain name. It is only called a subdomain when in fact it is an addon domain.
